We are working with the Foodsy App for online ordering and click and collect orders.

Orders to collect in store

For orders placed to collect in store, when you place your order we will give you a time that your food will be ready. Please arrive at this time.

We will prepare your order on an ASAP basis, and the time we give you will reflect that.

Deliveries

Deliveries are available through the Foodsy App, we use our own delivery drivers so we can ensure we are maintaining a high level of service. You order must total more than £15.00 to qualify for delivery and the delivery charge is £2.50.

Payment processing

We use Stripe for payment processing, which is a fully compliant and FCA approved vendor! More info can be found here if of interest 👉 https://stripe.com/gb

If your order is cancelled for whatever reason, Stripe will automatically refund you your order money, which in 99% of occasions happens within 24 hours! The money is only pre "held" by Stripe, and doesn't actually leave your account!

Please do not ask us to refund sooner, as this is entirely controlled by Stripe for security and governance purposes, which keeps you safe!
